This workshop was designed as a next step for STARTUP Bootcamp grads, but could also work for others who want to focus on branding for their business. True to our STARTUP culture, each workshop will include 2-4 companies in an atmosphere that is collaborative, supportive and creative. There are 3, 2-hour sessions that start with your “Why,” then move through all aspects of your brand – brand promise, brand values, company name, product/service names, logo, visual elements, tone, terminology, voice and more. This workshop is not about design specifically, and we do not create logos – although we discuss them at length. It’s about identifying the critical aspects of your brand and learning how to document them in a brand book that is customized for your company. If you have not completed STARTUP Bootcamp, there will be additional homework before attending.

recent workshop stories:

MattDale_webDale & Matt Leibl, Precision Windings of Montevideo, MN:

“The experience was irreplaceable for our company. We had very little marketing content created and weren’t sure what to focus on first,” says Matt. “Betsy did such a great job of encouraging us to think creatively and gave us plenty of time to work through different ideas. Without the workshop, I can safely say that we wouldn’t have discovered our ‘Why’ and be well on our way to putting it into action.”

CandiceCandice Clemens, Headstands Everywhere of Willmar, MN:

“I learned so much and it really helped me wrap my arms around my business. I loved the collaborative atmosphere. I look forward to continuing to use the tools Betsy provided as I grow and shape my business.”

bradphotoEntrepreneur, Brad Saeger of Willmar, MN:

“It made me think about marketing my idea in a whole new way. It was different than most other business planning workshops, in that it focused on marketing and branding in a unique but powerful way. I appreciated the other people in the class and their unique perspectives,” Saeger says. “It exceeded my expectations.”

FladeboeKristine Fladeboe Duininck & Kristi Block of Fladeboe Land of Willmar, Minneapolis & Detroit Lakes:

“I absolutely loved the environment and collaboration that was present during the STARTUP seminar,” Kristi Block says. “Every morning, I was excited to come, share, and learn from Betsy and the others participating.” Kristine Fladeboe Duininck agrees. “I would highly suggest this program to both new and established companies.”
